Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for items that arrive completely damaged or broken (not the vibe we’re going for).

• If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and send clear photos of the item and packaging to sipandslap2025@gmai.com.

• Once reviewed and approved, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

• Items that aren’t damaged, or show signs of wear, aren’t eligible for return.
